Your phone number, and nothing else that identifies you. We do not ask for your name, your email or your address.

Alongside it we record which slab you were looking at, which page you arrived on, and the date and time — so that when StoneDesk calls you, they already know what you were interested in instead of starting from nothing.

If you use the room visualiser, your room photo never leaves your phone. It is not uploaded, not stored, and never attached to your enquiry.

So that StoneDesk can call you or message you on WhatsApp about the stone you enquired about. That is the only reason.

We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it, and we do not use your number for anything you did not tick the box for.

StoneDesk, at Tukda Road, RICCO 2nd Phase, Kishangarh - 308501, Rajasthan. That is the business you enquired with, and the only business that receives your number.

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to any other dealer or advertiser. Ever.

The website runs on Vercel and the database on Supabase, both of whom store the data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it. The database sits in Mumbai, India.

We only store your number if you tick the box yourself. It is never ticked for you, and there is no way to submit the form without it.

We record which version of the wording you agreed to, and when. The current version is 2026-07-v1.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clearly no longer needed — an enquiry nobody followed up on is removed after two years.

Message 9468855225 on WhatsApp and say you want your number removed. You do not have to give a reason.

You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will act within a reasonable time and confirm when it is done.

No advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers only the choices you make — language, and whether you prefer sq.ft or sq.m — and, if you are the dealer, that you are signed in.
